Both of my grand mothers died alone back in Vietnam and all they had were phone calls. My uncle has a very short memory when he said: “I prefer to rent my house and to live with my kids.”
If I were my uncle, I would sell my house and enjoy my retirement in Vietnam. I never forget anything!

sUmmEr 2016!

I am glad that I saw my youngest cousin Alysson again in 2016. There won’t be any family pictures this year.
I liked my brother and my parents’ apartment. It is cosy but comfortable. The building seems strong and it can last for a while. It looks much better than mine.
My uncle is now retired like my parents, however, he doesn’t seem very happy about it. In our family, my brother and my uncle are very generous, they are strange in their general behaviors but it is very hard to deny them their genuine generosity.
I asked my uncle if he would like to sell his house, to go back to Vietnam and to enjoy a nice retirement. Of course, he wants to make some money out of his house by renting it instead. What will he do with that money when he dies? He had a hard life and he deserves to spend all that money for himself!
I saw a funny short dance move from Lyn. Very entertaining… future dancer maybe!
This couple I met at my cousin’s wedding got divorced. I really enjoyed their company and I am sad to learn about their divorce.

My Toyota Yaris got scratched! A huge truck turned right at a round-about and it scratched my car. My car did not move.
Complications:
- The driver didn’t speak french nor english and he was polish
- The truck belongs to a german company
- He wanted to pay 300 euros cash to get away
I declined and I used the regular insurance paperwork. I took a photo of his papers and I sent it to the insurance. He wrote something that nobody could understand: “I was not guilty and I steered blabla”. I described the incident and I insisted on the fact that my car was not moving.
We shall see….

I received another “recall campaign” letter from Toyota concerning the airbag system to be replaced. I hope I do not belong to another 1% of something weird during the replacement like last time.

I noticed the development of this weird trend. I like to talk out loud my ideas and hear them in a logical way. I’ll become a true nerd hermit soon! I prefer nowadays to keep writing records of people. Most people tend to say a “white lie” in complicated situations.
