Intermittent fasting has become effortless! 😎 I eat twice a day, at 5:25 AM and 3:25 PM. Skipping breakfast means a full 24-hour fast, even two days in a row, without any trouble. I can easily lose 1 kg whenever I want to keep my weight at 55.5 kg!
