On a regular basis, I am having lunch with my ex-colleague from my previous job. She also left her previous position but she remained in the same company. Her current big drama is her 2 old kids and she is having a very hard time. With no diploma and no goals, her kids are having a hard time finding their place elsewhere than in her house. Of course, it creates a lot of tensions between them.
In my personal case, I always wanted to leave the house and live on my own. It is very hard to get along with your parents, they tend to try to live twice their own life. One very important lesson I learned from my past is: ASK PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT.
I am so cynical that I reduce my own social relationship to 2 questions:
What do I want? what do they want? If we do not want the same thing, I go my way.

I think I am lucky to have this old man as my doctor. He is very direct and I enjoy his wit and his sharp tongue. The old man made it clear to me that he did not like the way I asked him to cancel the colonoscopy. He called me today at 19:45 and the conversation was quite funny over the phone:
Dr X: Good Evening Sir
Me: Good Evening Doctor
Dr. X: So are you going to check with your general doctor about your colonoscopy results?
Me: No, I do not intend to. I do not have a general doctor yet. You performed the colonoscopy so I believe you should be the best one to explain to me what went wrong, shouldn’t you?
Dr.X: Okay! You had an acute ulcer that led to your bleeding. Luckily, everything is healed now! What did I prescribe as treatment for you?
me: Some iron supplement, called Tardyferon, and my blood results are normal now.
Dr. X: Great, however there is a microscopic “undesirable” fungus in your intestine. I believe it is the combination of the alcohol and the fungus that led to the acute ulcer.
Me: I do not mind if you would just give me the prescription and I would pay you. My health insurance is excellent.
Dr. X: No, we should meet so that I can explain to you how to take the treatment but I am quite busy.
me: Okay (I give him time to think about it)
Dr. X: How about we meet on Saturday, April the 8th at 14:15? Are you available?
Me: Yes I am available.
Dr. X: Excellent, I will see you then.
Me: Thank you very much.
I am glad he has my personal phone number. I am sure he would call me if there is something wrong with my results no matter the day or the time.

INtErNet + Phone: 5 E/m!

So I wrote 2 days ago about the data I used for internet and I wished I had more on 4G. Today FREE just granted my wish and they increased their offer to 100 Gb for the deal I was on and they also offered another with UNLIMITED 4G (not interested at the moment).
100 Gb on 4G for 3 E/m
ADSL 2 E/m
Total: 5 Euros / m with the fastest speed available.
I will cancel the 20 Gb for 3 Euros/m. In the end, I only pay 5 Euros/m and I have access to EVERYTHING people have in DOUBLE and they have to pay about 45 Euros/m to get the same quality and the same amount of data.

In less than 25 days, I consumed all my 50 + 20 = 70 Gb on 4G (both Sim cards). I still use my ADSL to download movies during night time so it is definitely not enough! I must use more than 300 Gb per month in data. I am a real ogre when it comes to internet usage.
I am feeling really good! No more alcohol and after a diet with meat and no fiber (for the colonoscopy), I enjoyed a nice soup and all my “greenies” today (seeds + salads + tomato sauce).
I am also in a very good mood!

I love eating green tea leaves: the smell and the taste are 1000 times stronger! It has become a real habit and it is very enjoyable. It has a lot of health benefits. The in-take of flavanoids, the anti-oxidants, in the green tea leaves is multiplied by a factor of more than 10 000 percent, meaning that all anti-oxidants are directly taken: https://www.eatgreentea.com/why-green-tea/
EGCG is the most important compound in green tea leaves: EGCG benefits link
Example:
Quercetin: 9400 % Increase
Epicatechin: 9447 % Increase
Epicatechin 3-gallate: 8524 % Increase
Epigallocatechin: 10043 % Increase
Epigallocatechin 3-gallate: 10560 % Increase
Polyphenols found in green tea include epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), epicatechin gallate, epicatechins and flavanols, which have antioxidant, anticarcinogen, anti-inflammatory, and anti-radiation biochemical effects in vitro. Other components include three kinds of flavonoids, known as kaempferol, quercetin, and myricetin.

I can certainly feel the difference between running 10 kms without 1/3 of my blood or running 10 kms with all my blood: pure pain or pure pleasure. The doctor was extremely surprised when I told him the day they discovered the loss of blood that I ran 10 kms 3 days ago so the blood result might be wrong. The doctor did confirm that most people would faint or have palpitations.
What gave away the loss of blood and triggered an emergency call from the doctors on Friday and Saturday Morning?
2016 June 28
Hémoglobine: 14.7 g/dL
2017 February 24
Hémoglobine: 8.8 g/dL <-----DANGER, the fonts were in BLACK and BOLD on the blood analysis!
Loss of blood: 5.9 g/dL

My old friend, Mr. PAIN is back and I am glad he is back for my 10 kms. Mr. PAIN is my “lazy-me”. I am always trying to cheat or lie to Mr PAIN in order to finish my 10 kms.
There is nothing better than 10 kms to feel good. No more stopping and no more strange pain anywhere!

I asked my doctor to cancel the useless colonoscopy and he refused. After the examination, the doctor did not insist and he let me go without anything special. I knew there was nothing special except that my body doesn’t like whisky and it will just bleed.
Anyways, the colonoscopy is quite expensive so I probably will not get another one in the next 10 years. The funny thing is that I spent the whole day farting because of the gas they pumped into my intestine during the colonoscopy.
