I noticed a few months ago that two girls living in the second building kept on staring at me for unknown reasons. Finally, their mother found enough courage to come and talk to me about a problem that bothered her for some times:

The mother: I have to keep my girls’ bikes in my living room because you locked the small room in our building.

Me: It is not a local bike and I decided to lock it because people from outside came and stole stuffs. Why don’t you use the local bike in the locked garage?

The mother: I did not know there was one, I am sorry.

She finally realized that I did it for a good reason and that she had access all this time to a huge bike local but she never used it because she never dared to ask. She held grudge against me for almost 3 years but finally realized her mistake.

I just made my first Komucha and water Kéfir. I hope my SCOBY and my grains of Kefir will not die on my first try! I would get mad otherwise. It will take 3 days for the Kéfir to grow and the Komucha will take a week or so. It costs a lot of money to buy probiotioc drinks and it is not as fun to prepare them yourself.

Since I got rid of the Helicobacter Pylori, I tried to take care of my digestive system. So I bought Kephyr and Scoby to prepare probiotic drinks that contain billions of good bacteria.

After the neck pain (torticollis) now a cold. My body is so weak, every time I get stressed out before a job interview or a trial, my body reacts to the stress and I get sick. It is a minor cold so I could resume sport after 3 days but I am coughing.

Ironically, I shot myself with the flu vaccine a day before it gets serious so I probably was even weaker!

About a year and half ago I had to face 3 problems that could not be solved easily without a legal battle:

  1. My ex-employer
  2. My mortgage
  3. The control of the building

I managed to solve problem 2 by blocking the bank for 2 years

For problem 3, I took control of the building by exposing the lies of the social landlord and I reduced their role to nothing. I was able to block their influence. They tried to intimidate me, but I even won the legal battle while making sure they are losing a lot of money through their lawyer. They will not try again after losing 2-3K.

I have one last battle to win in November the 9th. I am now very familiar with these matters and I know that, in court, what matters is feelings. If you can convey simple feelings to judges, the game is over: Judges need to feel anger, injustice against lies, abuse etc ….!

I had to take a week off from sport because of my neck pain (torticollis). Today I resumed the 10 kms and it was very smooth and extremely enjoyable.

These scumbags are horrible. When I was at court, there were only 3 trials: the lawyer against me was one hour late, one lawyer thought his trial was for the afternoon and the last lawyer was not even there!

The judge commented loudly: The trials were scheduled for 9:30 not 12!

When finally the lawyers arrived, their defense were so boring and full of stupid sentences and no FACTS. My defense was full of energy and passion, I demonstrated each time my sentences with pictures. One of the prosecutor helped me (secretly) with her fingers and she gave me the rhythm to speak.

When the prosecutor announced his verdict, he almost surprised the judge with his: “NO CHARGES!” Usually, it is the judge’s rule to bargain against the prosecutor and not to accept his final ruling.
