What do you see when all your body fat is gone? A lot of veins and a shit load of muscles! The funny thing with the body is that the last layer of fat is very well hidden everywhere in the body, the body will naturally resist to keep the last bit of fat. I can see my abs every time I move now.

The garden is almost perfect now and my own chilie trees, grown during winter inside under a UV lamp, have become nice little trees. I am hoping these are from the Carolina Reaper seeds, one of the hottest chilie peppers in the world.
