ExpEnSiVe CoffEe Machine & jOinT!

The expensive PHILIPS Series 2200 coffee machine, brought by my brother for 300 Euros, had technical issues, indeed, the hot water leaked out randomly to the trash bin instead of following the normal circuit to produce hot coffee under high pressure. All these problems bothered us for quite some times until it was no longer acceptable and we called customer service. The online technician easily pinpoint to the torn joint and he set up an order for new replacement joints. Now everything is back to normal and we have 2 spare joints if the same problem occurs again. According to the techincian, after 20-25 tartar removal cycles using appropriate chemicals, we need to replace the joint again.

I cannot distinguish the coffee quality from an expensive coffee machine and a cheaper one. I personally prefer the simple and practical capsules you put in the cheaper coffee machine and, in 15 secondes, you have hot and good coffee. My dad and my brother prefer the ritual of coffee grinding and the smell produced by the expensive Philips 2200.

It felt good to feel my ankle bones cracking and moving since the sprained ankle. The doctor who looked at the MRI suggested back then a surgery. The specialist for feet just shrugged off his shoulder and said…”it will be fine, nothing special”.

My beauty sleep was very very relaxing. Maybe I was wrong about having short sleep time. I can sleep and be very relaxed with more than 7 hours of sleep. I also found the recipe for happyniess and staying healthy!

It’s payday following the intense run yesterday. Tons of cramps everywhere!

Last Wednesday, I had to stop my run after 600 meters because I was too tired and out of breath. Indeed, the day before I spent like 2 hours and 40 minutes on the bike during the heatwave peak and I was exhausted. I am glad I could resume the normal speedy run today as usual since all my physiological data were excellent.

Finally, the long and painful heatwave is over! Coincidentally, it happened when I caught Covid 19! I do not know if it made it worse but it was painful to have to endure both events simultaneously.
