It is also very beneficial for the body to engage in different types of exercises. However, my mind finds comfort in doing the same thing repeatedly. I attempted to conclude my biking session with an indoor workout twist, but I needed to make a detour to the gym for more mental and physical energy!

Personally, I find intermittent fasting beneficial for two simple reasons: firstly, it allows the body to cleanse itself from the daily intake of food; secondly, it enables better control of calorie intake, such as limiting it to 2300 kcal per day.
