It is also very beneficial for the body to engage in different types of exercises. However, my mind finds comfort in doing the same thing repeatedly. I attempted to conclude my biking session with an indoor workout twist, but I needed to make a detour to the gym for more mental and physical energy!

My car, the Toyota Yaris 2009, is old; however, it still runs great. I had a hard time starting the engine in the morning, and I tried to figure out the mechanical problem myself instead of wasting money on expensive check-ups proposed by the technician. It turned out that all I needed was to replace the 4 car glow plugs (“bougies de préchauffage”) for 130 Euros. I also found a cheap but qualified garage to do the job.
