In my health survey, there was this question: “You no longer take care of your appearance.” I did notice that old people in the park looked healthy and much younger when they took great care of their physical appearance. Not all obese people look neglected though, there were some weirdos with tons of expensive tattoos who looked unhealthy, but took great care of their cloths and jewelries, not their health.

My stomach cannot handle food with too much acid or added chemicals (like MSG – Monosodium Glutamate). Therefore, I am fine with sardines and healthy foods from the frozen section. Everything is very normal nowadays with simple, healthy food.

The results after 2 weeks after following a healthy diet (sardines + fruits + mix of veggies), the results were amazing: very healthy skin (no excess of sebum).
