I love playing Gloomhaven like a strategist. However, the game was primarily designed for Dungeons & Dragons-type players, meaning it involves a lot of talking. Spending 2 hours on a scenario and losing is not something I enjoyed, therefore I stopped my campaigns as soon as other players displayed poor strategy choices. Many players joined the game more for the social side anyway, and of course, they quit for social reasons.

I was a bit tired and less motivated to do my daily 3-hour training. It has been almost 3 months. I’ll need some rest in between to balance my routine.

I’ve noticed that fruits are delicious while on the intermittent diet schedule! I’ve just been enjoying everything I eat. Nowadays, I try not to force myself to eat what I don’t enjoy. I simply avoid them in the future.

Sometimes a bad night’s sleep can go unnoticed; I might just feel a bit cranky. However, my Garmin Fenix 6 Pro is very sensitive and it tells me right away that I should watch out for mood swings whenever I have had a very bad night’s sleep. A lot of little mishaps, minor injuries, minor aches, and a strong predisposition to anger may occur during the day without any logical reason. There is one very effective solution for these unfortunate days: isolation!

My dad told me that my brother and sister tried the Carolina Reaper and, surprisingly, did not find it “very” hot. He even added that the West Indian peppers (“piment Antillais”) were hotter. I tried licking one to check, and it was a very bad idea! It burned my tongue!

The dead hard drive contained the two required authentication SSH keys for accessing the Oracle Linux sessions. It was easier for me to set up new ones; more time lost again!

In the future, I want to implement a smoother backup solution for my computers to prevent data loss in case of hardware failure and avoid unnecessary stress!
