I attended the Annual Assembly of the owners. There were only 4 owners at our first meeting therefore we did not have the majority to vote on any important decision. However, I could make a copy of the names and addresses. I know the name of the main agency with the most apartments.
We also heard the application of the new agency that wanted to take over the management of our building. I previously wanted to get rid off this company but I changed my mind and I will support their application. I will also try to be elected as the president of our union council (“conseil syndical”) so that I can check the current contracts and propose improvements to our building.
Legally, we will need a second meeting but this time we can vote on anything with people present at the meeting…. good good …. The power will be MINE! hihi!

During Saturday’s night, someone burst 2 cars’ tires in our building.
It seems strange but I think it was the “fat kid”. He spent a lot of time playing in this parking lot and he knows everything. He already stole a bike and I think he wanted to take revenge on people who damaged his mother’s car. Only a video recording could prove it.
The fat kid is not nice. I saw him looking at his parents and hiding when he wanted to avoid them. He wants a lot of things but his parents cannot afford them. Like any kid, he is helping himself. He has a lot of free time and is turning around the building like an animal in a cage: looking, checking .. and stealing.
The only person who has a reason to act should be:
1. Someone who is in this parking lot
2. Someone who wants to take revenge (his mother’s car was damaged)
3. Someone angry but not strong nor smart enough to fight verbally against the others

I ran again today. Such a pleasure! Once you’ve passed the pain then comes the pleasure. Most people do not feel the pleasure because they stop during the pain. What a shame, if only they knew!
I feel an emptiness in my life. I need to move forward and find the pleasure otherwise it is boring

One of my colleague has 3 kids who are nice but they are causing some problems. Her eldest son (21-years old) met a 24-years old girl online two weeks ago.
The chick has lots of issues: her father left when she was 13, her mother died when she was 18 and she left her grandparents’ house at 18. She does not have a place to stay and she broke her leg. The chick is now staying at my colleague’s house until … September. Sounds like a nightmare for any mother to see her son falling in love with such a girl!
I will try to avoid this sensitive subject.

niCe OutCome!

Following an incident regarding the automatic garage door and the reset of the remote controls in my building, I ended organizing everything and I was given the key to the gate’s control board. I can shutdown the main gate or leave it open at will. I can also reset and program anyone’s remote control. Most people in the building saw me giving order to the electrician and the technician.
Some people were very unhappy because they can no longer enter. Others came and thanked me for my quick intervention. For most of them, I was just a nerd before. To their surprise, I’ve become a nerd who has power over the building now.
The good thing is I got rid off the ones who did not pay for the garage in a very smooth way. It has become a general trend! They found ways to open doors manually and it damages the control system.
