As I get older, mobility has become very important. I can run fast and for a long time but I tend to get injuries after. Maintaining the body in good conditions for a healthy daily training routine is therefore my goal.

It was really stupid to combine sleep depravation and alcohol however I was happy to be on vacation. I had a horrible hangover the next day and stayed in bed all day long. Stupid me!

The bugs have been a bit of a burden recently. To keep my luxurious jungle intact from bugs, I have to manually kill them when I spot them on the leaves. It takes a lot of time and concentration. I just hope for warmer weather so that I can take them out and let nature deal with its own business.
