I am trying to force my bank to remove all interests on my loan during 2 years: it’s free and it would save 1110 Euros so I went to the court and I sued my bank. When I went to drop the administrative paperwork at the district court, I saw a homeless old man who tried to sue his own sister or daughter because he lost all his inheritance. The old man was hopelessly half crazy, he had enough wits to come to court and to annoy people there.
It is very useful to know that, in France, you can sue any company if the cost is below 10 000 Euros and it is free! You just fill out a legal form and drop it at the court. Then, you will defend yourself in front of a judge. It works most of the time if you respect the law:
- You find a legal case in your favor
- You try to negotiate with the bank (send all justifications and write a letter to the bank)
- The bank cannot find any counter legal argument and it is trying to delay
- If you have all the paperwork ready, just fill in the legal form and drop it at the court
So So So simple!
It will take 6 months to see the judge however if the bank keeps on delaying and not finding any counter legal argument maybe it will try to negotiate instead of loosing in front of a judge. It will put pressure on the bank to find a legal answer or to do things the way you want it to be done. It is worth a shot!

Homemade “Bun Rieu”, it is stinky enough to scare away most Europeans! However, it is scrumptious. It is even better the day after when I just have to heat the soup up.

What to do with 1 Tb on a Flickr account?
Since I have 1 tB of space, I decided to upload all original pictures at their highest resolution. The Nikon D200 is really a beautiful camera. The pictures are lovely and I never regretted this expensive camera. Maybe some people will prefer other version of their photos than the ones I decided to choose for them.

When I bought my new Iphone 6S, I misjudged the new earpods because of the way they look. I thought that they will hurt my ears for few days like all the old earpods I had before. I was dead wrong! These new earpods have the same shape of the ear and the sound is beautiful with perfect bass. I should have tried them right away and enjoyed them. Not too late though!

I received 50 Euros from my brother for my BD:
1. I bought two new art comic books I like (30 Euros)
2. I went to a vietnamese restaurant and I enjoyed the vietnamese soup, Pho, for 11 Euros.
I also received an old fashion Casio watch from my sister. I do not enjoy much watches though, they tend to remove all the hair around my wrist and that hurts!

Trying to upload my whole digital life onto Flickr, my life does look more colorful in a photo album. I find reality rather colorless and I was 40 years old yesterday!

I smiled when I read this article in “Le Monde” about meaningless jobs (“bullshit jobs”). I could almost paste every single “stupid” thing described in the article to my previous job: idiotic meetings, novlangue = fancy wording to describe Excel spreadsheets, new targets each year with new goals for just an administrative job that doesn’t create anything new :).
However, most people will never admit that they have a “bullshit job”, they will try to find comfort and justifications to their paychecks. I immediately knew and I always found the tasks meaningless and boring.
My future job is also described in the article: some kind of “social job” that would justify and motivate me to wake up every morning and enjoy what I do for the world.

Vuescan is a useful program that allows very fast and easy manipulations of my HP Office 8600 multi-functions printer/scanner. I just wanted to finish the scanning of the old photos. The printed photos are scanned at the highest resolution possible: 4200 dpi. Each file is about 150 Megabytes.
Flickr allows some nice photo manipulations with automatic zooming and it allows to check everyday detail on a single screen. I am gladly surprised with these improvements. Some photos are blurred however it has nothing to do with the scanning but with the original picture itself.

“The Revenant” was excellent but very crual and extremely bloody.
The flu is over but I need to get rid of the cough. I think it is due to my throat being sore and highly sensitive after few days of intense coughing.
