It is my very first contribution to something I use quite often, almost everyday: Wikipedia.
I’ve changed a bit and I think that we need to contribute a little bit to usefull things that help us everyday.

is available on IRC, however the sound is bad. I did enjoy the whole movie except for the 2 dancing parts. The actor is not really good at dancing!

I am always extremely carefully when talking to my sister. I know that her “apparent naive remarks” do hurt afterwards.
1. About Kids!
I do not really want kids, what I want, and it is very strange to say it this way, is part of my own genes to be transmitted. I never really liked the idea of having kids because I see them as a growing problem and a 25 years contract non negotiable. I am very protective so I think that if I ever had kids I would not be a bad father.
2. Couple
When I look at people around me especially “couples”. My sis and my cousins … all I can say is “not for me”. When I saw my sister buying her house, I immediately knew it was the right thing to do. When I attend their weddings, the only real question that came to my mind was … “how long will it last?”.

I started paying the mortgage in November 2013 therefore a full year is completed:
Bank: 7949.23 Euros
Cilgere (1% patronal): 1684.96 Euros
Total paid: 9634.19 Euros
The equivalent in rent for 12 months that would be lost: 7800 Euros!!!

I had a reflex cough since I was sick 3 weeks ago. Finally, it is gone. It is horrible to be forced to cough just because your throat is a bit irritated. I had sometimes a 2 min crisis and it was painful. Gone gone gone! what a biatch!

I went to Chinatown in Paris yesterday. I bought a nice viet sandwich to eat right away. It was scrumptious! 3.30 Euros for an excellent and delicious sandwich, what a joy! I also stopped by this viet restaurant, Bambou, on sis’ advice to get : “pho” and “banh cuon” to take away. It was also very good when I ate them at home!

dAngEr is rEaL!

4 cops armed from head to toe with bulletproof jackets stopped a car yesterday during daytime at 16:50 just at the corner of my “boulervard”. I was riding my bike on my way to the park. They thoroughly checked the back of the car. I did not linger and watch like others. Violence is real in my city, I can see it everyday.
I am betting that someday, they will arrest the “Caid” in my building. He seems harmless and he does “soft business” but he does not seem normal. The sad thing is he has a very young kid. I do not like much this kid however his big brother looks kind and well educated so maybe the little thing will turn out as kind.

dA Viet FaMilY!

They should be moving in this weekend. Diep, the father is 58 years old. He will be with his daughter and his wife. Their son has moved out already. He told me that they are in the process of buying an apartment but they already sold their current house. They have to wait for 9 months before they could move in again to their new apartment if all goes as planned.
He only bought an apartment with his wife. They do not have enough money to buy a separate house and they are too old for a long term mortgage. He also mentioned about returning back to Vietnam or Laos and retire somewhere cheaper than France. When I told him about people renting in the building, he also confessed that his previous neighbors was an “Arab” but a bad “one” who worked 1 year in his life and who lived on the french welfare with his 4 kids. Life was not easy with people like that he said.
I do share his view and my goal is to stay few years in my studio then move out to another place. I really would love to work at home with my current job. I really have no reason to be in an office at all. All I need is a decent internet connection.
