wEird And Sick!

I just made a short visit to the freaky “undernet world” using ToR (encrypted browser). I left quickly! It is worse than any horror movie that I have seen.

I enjoyed it while watching the French – Portugal soccer final which was quite boring!

fUnnY sATurDaY!

I woke up at 7 am
I went for 8 miles run at 9:25 am: other runners smiled and waved kindly at me.
I fixed 2 lamps for a neighbor at the 5th floor.
I went to Chinatown at 12:00 to get my favorite Vietnamese sandwich.
I bought some bindweed (“liseron”= “rau muong”) and few mangosteen.
I was waiting in line when I saw Jonas (Diane’s husband) walking to the opposite direction. I ran after him and we met Diane for lunch.
Funny, I really did not expect to run into my cousin and her husband in Chinatown in Paris! It was their 10 years “together” anniversary. I reminded Jonas that this year at September the 20th, I will recover 4 points removed from my driving licence (speeding ticket) when I went to their wedding!
It was a lovely day!

I’ve heard gossip from a little bird about the weekend organised by my cousins
1.Have I become bitter as I get older?
Answer: Probably but was I easier to handle before?
2. My cousins did not believe my excuses to avoid the social meeting
Answer: It was a “polite” way to decline but it was strange to receive an invitation from my cousins after my uncle and aunt’s visit. I suspected that my uncle or my aunt told my cousins to invite me :).
A mix of everything is the real reason: a stupid car accident + not very comfortable staying at my cousins’ place + suspecting a favor from my uncle than a genuine invitation from any of my cousin
3. I checked the pictures:
My feelings: Time is affecting my cousins and my sister in a stronger way than it does on me. Welcome to 30! Maybe some running or swimming everyday?
My niece and my nephew: Geez! they do not look like any of us! More hair on Lyn!!! Yeeeaaa!
4. Allyson almost had a BF but she declined twice his invitations and he ignored her then!
My only comment: one lost but 10 found! Do not regret anything!

The representative of my bank called me this morning and he proposed to freeze my down payment for 1 year however I would need to pay 99 Euros per month (interest and insurance). I explained to him that I was following the law and that it was not something to negotiate with.
He said that if I wait until the trial in November 2016, I would have to pay during 6 months the full amount that I am currently paying”.
My final answer to him:” Sir, I will tighten my buttocks (“serrer mes fesses”) and I shall wait until November 2016 to see what the judge will say about the law. Have a good day!”

nEw dRivInG lIceNce!

I always wanted to get rid of the ugly picture I had when I received my french driving licence in 1999. It is now done and I managed to insert my best photo also! It will stay with me for at least 15 years unless I loose it or something.
The woman at the desk didn’t want the pretty pics, I managed to slip them through when I was with the person who prepared the final paperwork I was quite happy with my little game. In three weeks, a brand new secure french driving licence!

I have been coughing a lot the last 3 weeks and I thought it was because of the pollution. However, it was raining a lot therefore less pollution. The answer was more simple. I have not cleaned my fan and the aeration system in my studio for almost a year. It was very dirty with black oily stuff. I took them out and I cleaned them up.
The coughing diminished immediately. Such a relieve!

The only other owner in this building was on sick leave since May 2016. She did not tell me what disease. However, I saw her with a strange hair protection and it can only mean one thing: chemotherapy.

Hard to say who will like this movie or not, the high rating makes you wonder why! I enjoyed this movie alot!
This movie has one great merit. It shows that when one person decides to undergo dramatic changes towards finding the truth, that person will be an outcast.
I am not going that far however I would like people who interact with me to do it in an “action way”. I no longer care about their intentions. If they want to interact with me, they should do it in an action manner:
- Do something
- I will respond to the action
- Do not tell me what they intend or not intend to do… for I no longer care. I will smile politely and say maybe then bye bye!

Every week I have this one deal with myself: 8 miles (10 km) run. As long as I keep this deal going, I remain in good shape. It takes lots of self convincing though, almost a small chit-chat with my conscience.
