I found this drill in the trash room of our building and I knew it would be useful to someone. I did not want to throw it away. I posted it for 5 Euros on a french site to sell cheap things (leboncoin). Six people answered immediately.
The dude who answered first was from Togo and I could tell from the huge smile on his face that I made his day with this deal. He even said “I won’t even discuss your price”, I returned his smile saying that six other people would gladly get it if he wasn’t the first.

2nD tRial!

I had fun at the hearing of my 2nd trial. The stupid company that owns half of the building tried to bully me. I was all prepped-up and very charming in my unique suit. Calmly, I asked the judge to postpone the hearing due to the fact that the lawyer sent his documents last week. The judge listened to the excited lawyer however, in the end, the judge agreed with my valid request.
The Judge: So the next hearing will be in July the 12th.
Me: Which year? (Everyone in the room laughed because they all knew that I wanted next year)
The Judge: (she lowered her voice and told me like if it was a confidence) Because in your case, there is a 3-months prescription therefore I cannot delay more :)!
The lawyer’s remark: Why didn’t Mr X send his request before by mail?
Me: (I had a mysterious smirk on my face and he understood bitterly my thoughts). I wanted him to attend this hearing and to lose. His client will have to pay an extra 500 bucks. They would have lost 1500 Euros at least at the 3rd hearing!
I was happy and unstoppable this week!

Perfect weight! I cannot get fat otherwise I’d get chubby cheeks. I had lunch with my ex-colleague and she told me that her “to be” daughter-in-law underwent a gastric sleeve. It consists of reducing 85 % of the stomach size. I am glad that I do not have such problems.

My stomach is really my second brain. I am eating better, I am sleeping better and I am feeling really good. No more pills for headaches or any type of pain. They come and go away after a good night of sleep. No more lingering pain of unknown sources or causes. Perfect sleeping patterns and strangely my craving for tea leaves went away :). It is really bitter!

I had my 2nd trial against my bank today. I unleashed my anger against the judge who said that she will set her final judgement in 2 months. I told the judge the following loud and clear:
Me: “Madam, the judge, please consider my desperate position, I cannot afford an extra 2 months! I have waited for 1 year and 2 months! I need your final decision NOW or these people, I turned my back and pointed my finger towards the front row of lawyers: THIS LAWYER, THIS LAWYER OR THIS LAWYER will sue me for not paying the mortgage”
The judge stood up and said “OKAY, lemme check my schedule”. She left the court room right in the middle and came back with her schedule, It will be June the 6th, you do not have to come back”.
Her aides were stunned by my speech and they had a smile on their face. Noone expected me to be so natural!
AND IT WORKED! Speak up your mind just say, I got hurt please help me NOW!

Last Friday, I witnessed a car accident and I helped people with simple directives. Today, I found a small card in my mailbox that surprised me! Me Kind? I laughed!
I forgot about the accident and I called the number on the card and I said this: “Hello my name is X, can I talk to Miss X? I found your card and I would like to know who sent me this card and why?”
Her answer:”I came back with my husband last Friday and we wanted to give you a bottle of champagne to thank you, I was very nervous and I was afraid of the tall black dude. You helped us calm things down.”
Note: I think that what impressed her in her chaos was that someone(anyone) just stood there and quietly but effectively tried to sort things out for her instead of driving away as quickly as possible.
