Smooth and no pain at all! I wonder if I am being too slow. I added an extra 10 kms on bike after.
With the insight from the loss blood, I noticed that my body has a high tolerance to pain. I was able to run even with the pain. I wonder if that is the reason why I enjoy running long distances. It is really hot and running these days is quite painful.

My blood results are normal. The Helicobacter Pylori test came back negative meaning that it has been eradicated. I could feel the difference since I took the antibiotics two months ago. I could eat spicy food normally without acid reflux.

I must be sick in da head! I asked 2 law firms to confirm the judgment against my bank! THERE WAS A PROCEDURAL MISTAKE in the judgement! DAMN!
I have to correct the mistake in order to publish online the final judgement. I want to hurt my bank in a unique way! I want to teach others how to do it and how to block these banks with a finger snap!

The “TIME” lie is used 49% of the cases:
EXAMPLE: “I will do it now, it will be sent tomorrow”
You will get every possible version of this lie from any company worker to gain time. This is sadly the most harmful lie. The next action of this person is to add your name to a very loooooong list on his desk.
The second most harmful lie is called the “YES” lie used by the other 49% of the cases:
EXAMPLE: “Yes , yes do not worry , yes yes yes …”
This is an easy lie to detect and it is almost used by everyone in your life. My mother has practiced this lie all her life. It is very easy for me to detect this one. The person you talk to do not even understand your question but just keeps confirming that she/he understands.
2% are left to other versions of lies.

There are few days in life when you are really proud of yourself but today was one of these days. I called the bank dude who was supposed to “manage” my case and I enjoyed every second of the phone call:
Me: Hello, My name is XXX, you remember me? A year ago, I asked you to suspend my mortgage for 2 years WITHOUT any interest and you did not comply!
Mr. Dude: yes Mr XXX
Me: Guess what? I just received the judgement and it says: 24 months without any interest or penalty! HA HA!
Mr Dude: We will apply the court decision when we will receive it.
Me: Do not worry, you’ll it get tomorrow… bye bye!
I control time therefore I control money:
655 Euros * 24 months = 15 720 Euros.
La La la La La : 1079 Euros in da POCKET!
