I just witnessed my first drug deal. A young dude was waiting outside of my building on his bike. A fat black woman came and they both exchanged cheerful greetings before exchanging the drug and the money. I had to look carefully twice, I thought it was someone in the building but it was someone in the building next to ours.

I had a little fun today with the dude who owns the company that is responsible for the cleaning of our building. I sent a bunch of SMS on Sunday requesting a list of stuffs to be done or I will remove his contract. He called me right back and he gave some lame excuses but he agreed in the end to complete my list.
On Tuesday: I met him face to face and I showed him the remaining stuffs to be removed.
Me: Here, remove this junk please!
Da Dude: O no! We don’t touch things that are in private parking.
Me: Really why not? It is trash and you are the cleaning company, so clean this up!
Da Dude: perplexed, well, normally we are not supposed to because we do not have the right.
Me: I give you the right now and please charge us 60 Euros for your good deeds and remove this junk now.
I kept the same attitude for other junks and told him to never tell anyone that I ordered him to do it but just do it! Funny me!

It seems that the TV series corrected the mistakes from the books: Game of Thrones. book 4 and book 5 were quite bad from memory. I enjoyed very much the first 3 books. I am watching the TV show of season 7 and I really did not recognize the story. It is however not bad to watch!

I was running my 10 Kms and at the last 1 km to my apartment, I felt a horrible pain below my armpit. It was like if someone stuck a needle there. I had to move my left arm up to relieve the pain. I kept running back home. I only realized few hours later that it was probably a bee sting. It was red and the pain kept on burning several hours as if the poison was spreading under the skin.
It is 23:00 hours now and I still feel the poison burn. My left arm is a bit numb. I took several painkillers and an anti-histamine pill.

The book, “All the birds in the sky” by Charlie Jane Anders, was excellent. Very light and extremely well written! another excellent Sci-Fi book.

I am sore all around my hips. I guess the cleaning yesterday took its toll today. I was using different kind of muscles that weren’t used usually.

Smooth run! All I need is to convince myself that I will have rosy cheeks and that I will feel great after the run. It remains a mental challenge to do so each time!
My leg muscles are hard as steel from the regular biking and running.

I unplugged all my devices and moved them away so that I can do a deep cleaning of my favorite corner of the room. There was a thick layer of dirt to be removed. I did the same thing for my closet.

I cannot believe how much “Valerian and the city of a thousand planets” sucks. 200 Million dollars for a dull B-rated movie full of costly special effects. No story and no sound: such a waste!

I finished the book “Ready Player One” written by Ernest Cline. Good Sci-fi book about the pop culture of the 80’s through the eyes of a boy who lives in the future 2045!
