In less than 25 days, I consumed all my 50 + 20 = 70 Gb on 4G (both Sim cards). I still use my ADSL to download movies during night time so it is definitely not enough! I must use more than 300 Gb per month in data. I am a real ogre when it comes to internet usage.

I am feeling really good! No more alcohol and after a diet with meat and no fiber (for the colonoscopy), I enjoyed a nice soup and all my “greenies” today (seeds + salads + tomato sauce).

I am also in a very good mood!

I love eating green tea leaves: the smell and the taste are 1000 times stronger! It has become a real habit and it is very enjoyable. It has a lot of health benefits. The in-take of flavanoids, the anti-oxidants, in the green tea leaves is multiplied by a factor of more than 10 000 percent, meaning that all anti-oxidants are directly taken: https://www.eatgreentea.com/why-green-tea/

EGCG is the most important compound in green tea leaves: EGCG benefits link

Example:

Quercetin: 9400 % Increase
Epicatechin: 9447 % Increase
Epicatechin 3-gallate: 8524 % Increase
Epigallocatechin: 10043 % Increase
Epigallocatechin 3-gallate: 10560 % Increase

Polyphenols found in green tea include epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), epicatechin gallate, epicatechins and flavanols, which have antioxidant, anticarcinogen, anti-inflammatory, and anti-radiation biochemical effects in vitro. Other components include three kinds of flavonoids, known as kaempferol, quercetin, and myricetin.

I can certainly feel the difference between running 10 kms without 1/3 of my blood or running 10 kms with all my blood: pure pain or pure pleasure. The doctor was extremely surprised when I told him the day they discovered the loss of blood that I ran 10 kms 3 days ago so the blood result might be wrong. The doctor did confirm that most people would faint or have palpitations.

What gave away the loss of blood and triggered an emergency call from the doctors on Friday and Saturday Morning?

2016 June 28
Hémoglobine: 14.7 g/dL

2017 February 24
Hémoglobine: 8.8 g/dL <-----DANGER, the fonts were in BLACK and BOLD on the blood analysis! Loss of blood: 5.9 g/dL

My old friend, Mr. PAIN is back and I am glad he is back for my 10 kms. Mr. PAIN is my “lazy-me”. I am always trying to cheat or lie to Mr PAIN in order to finish my 10 kms.

There is nothing better than 10 kms to feel good. No more stopping and no more strange pain anywhere!

I asked my doctor to cancel the useless colonoscopy and he refused. After the examination, the doctor did not insist and he let me go without anything special. I knew there was nothing special except that my body doesn’t like whisky and it will just bleed.

Anyways, the colonoscopy is quite expensive so I probably will not get another one in the next 10 years. The funny thing is that I spent the whole day farting because of the gas they pumped into my intestine during the colonoscopy.

3 weeks ago, the old man gave me a bottle of whisky to thank me for my help with his Iphone. I stupidly drank the bottle and I had a gastrointestinal bleeding. I did not realize that I’ve lost 1/3 of my blood. I was very tired but I thought it was due to my diet without meat.

I went for my regular blood test every 6 months. The laboratory immediately called my doctors and my doctors called me on Saturday morning to ask me to come and to undergo urgently a second blood test that confirmed the loss of blood. It was the first time in my life that I did not have to wait for my doctors.

Anyways, I recovered and the running is so much smoother and easier. No more pain during the run! I have to undergo a final test on Monday: a colonoscopy. Colonoscopy is a test that allows your doctor to look at the inner lining of your large intestine (rectum and colon).

I was patiently waiting for this nice internet offer to come back and there it is:

Free: 1.99 E/m (Internet TV Tel + 1 SIM Card for free – 2H)

I already have 2 Sim Cards with 50 and 20 Gb on 4G :). The total cost for me is 8 E / m and I enjoy the best service from all internet provider for the cheapest price.

I was first surprised with all the strange stories from my neighbors: arranged marriages, tons of kids in Senegal, working papers, residence papers, etc … Everything is very simple for my neighbors, whatever they do or choose to do is for survival.
When it comes to making kids, which is the worse of their choice, it is in fact the most logical of their choice. Since their marriage is arranged, there is no love, making a baby is the ultimate result of a social contract or a social pact. Without a kid, the contract is usually broken like a divorce.
It is the most cruel of their choice but it is at the core center of their life.

The guy who has tons of kids back in Africa, his wives made them so that they can receive money from him (or anything from him in order to survive). One divorced woman went back to Algeria and she handpicked couscous dude so that he can come to France legally… 2 kids quickly. One dude lost his wife who accused him of rape in his awful “arranged wedding” 0 kid, they divorced.

It is a social “trade” deal between them.

I cried reading this heartbreaking story: LINK

“For anyone battling cancer or enduring chemotherapy. For anyone going through this horrible disease. It is about to get real, real hard and real quick. The picture I’m posting is from this morning, and before you scream and cry ‘why would she post a picture of him in a pull up, the indecency’, well 1. It doesnt show more than swimming jammers would and 2. Because life is not always politically correct and pretty, it is real. Life isn’t pretty, and cancer destroys a person.

Since my quest to downgrade my Iphone 6S with iOS 10.2.1 was impossible, I learned so many things:

Prometheus; Tetherme; APTickets; Nonce … cryptography!
4G ++ (LTE Cat. 11) ———– 600 Mbps

The worse of it, I had to read many BAITCLICK websites that have fake methods to jailbreak before finding the right technical ones.
