This guy is funny as hell and the cooking is so much nicer! The first comment of his video was hilarious as well: IT’S ALIVE WITH BRAD

“so every kombucha he made always have little bit spit of his his mouth?”

About a year and half ago I had to face 3 problems that could not be solved easily without a legal battle:

  1. My ex-employer
  2. My mortgage
  3. The control of the building

I managed to solve problem 2 by blocking the bank for 2 years

For problem 3, I took control of the building by exposing the lies of the social landlord and I reduced their role to nothing. I was able to block their influence. They tried to intimidate me, but I even won the legal battle while making sure they are losing a lot of money through their lawyer. They will not try again after losing 2-3K.

I have one last battle to win in November the 9th. I am now very familiar with these matters and I know that, in court, what matters is feelings. If you can convey simple feelings to judges, the game is over: Judges need to feel anger, injustice against lies, abuse etc ….!

I had to take a week off from sport because of my neck pain (torticollis). Today I resumed the 10 kms and it was very smooth and extremely enjoyable.

These scumbags are horrible. When I was at court, there were only 3 trials: the lawyer against me was one hour late, one lawyer thought his trial was for the afternoon and the last lawyer was not even there!

The judge commented loudly: The trials were scheduled for 9:30 not 12!

When finally the lawyers arrived, their defense were so boring and full of stupid sentences and no FACTS. My defense was full of energy and passion, I demonstrated each time my sentences with pictures. One of the prosecutor helped me (secretly) with her fingers and she gave me the rhythm to speak.

When the prosecutor announced his verdict, he almost surprised the judge with his: “NO CHARGES!” Usually, it is the judge’s rule to bargain against the prosecutor and not to accept his final ruling.

I almost had an irrepressible laugh today at court. The judge was reading the accusations against me in which I insulted the secretaries of the social landlord of our building (they own half of the building).

————–

The judge: Do you deny these insults?

Me: Absolutely not! I went straight to the problems and I showed to the judge pictures of the sewer system, the venting system and other ugly stuffs. I also showed the “poo and pee” that covered the garage. These are the reasons why I was so mad your honor!

The lawyer could not do much but repeat what the judge already said.

————–

In the end, the judge asked the prosecutor his verdict.

The prosecutor: NO CHARGES!

The judge: Mr XXX, you know that if you keep doing this it could go further. You need to talk to a lawyer and try to sort these things out legally.

Me: I do not have the money to sue these people. It was too late when I realized what happened.

I really love the postal online service for sending registered letters. All I needed was my letter in pdf or Word formats and I would enter the same postal information. I do not enjoy waiting in line at the post office to send registered letters anymore.

It was good but the salary offer is low compared to the other offers and the prospect for the future is not that great meaning same job for 3-4 years then leave!

I prefer the other kick ass job offer with a lovely environment. We shall see!

I have another job interview tomorrow.  My neck is getting better but it is still painful, it is less rigid.

Ironically, I just received an email from one of our internet provider, SFR, saying that our building is connected to optical fiber with 1 Gb/sec and I am thinking about moving to the center of Paris and rent or sell back my current studio.

I like it when things are moving in a way that offer hopes. It is depressing when you are just waiting and you try to kill time. It is however an excellent exercise to keep your brain occupied and alert during all this waiting time.
