The cortisone relieved the throat inflamation and my body could recover from normal sleeping pattern. It was a nasty cold!
I requested extra blood analysis to check my glucose and my cholesterol levels and they were back to normal:
Blood Glucose: 5.75 mmol/L (max. 5.83)
Cholesterol: 5.16 mmol/L (max. 5.18)
It seems that my diet worked nicely, no more belly, no sugar and no bad cholesterol in my body!

About 2 years and half ago, I requested the mayor to protect the front area of our building from savage parking and it was a great success. Then, some bad residents brought their cars in our parking lot and tried to park anywhere. I managed to block the last empty spaces inside also. Then other people started to notice the invasion on their own parking spot, they fought back also!
In the end, we have a lot of empty spaces inside and outside! Those who do not pay have no more places to invade 🙂

The persisting and acute cough provocked a throat inflamation therefore I could not sleep the last 4 days normally. I went to the doctor today to treat the inflamation and the persisting cough. I had to undergo a blood test and a radio of the lungs (everything seems normal)
The doctor gave me some cortisone to treat the inflamation of the throat: Prednisolone. It worked right away no more pain!

The only mixture that worked like a charm to treat the acute cough and its painful effects: lemon (citrus), honey and hot water. Loads and loads of it! The body needs to purge itself with soothing fluids with medicinal properties. I made the mistake to drink just one or two cups at the beginning. You need to drink like 2 liters continously. The miracle happens then! The last two obvious ingredients are time and warmth.

I need a normal night of sleep. This cough is killing me! I have no idea why it is getting worse when I am lying down in my bed.

I had a dream in which I kicked some kind of animal with my right foot. I woke up immediatly because my right foot did react to the dream and it hit the wall. The nail of my right toe was broken from the impact and it hurt as hell

Internet addiction is defined as a compulsion to use internet excessively. In my case, I do not fit to some of the signs described: WIKI LINK.
I like reading books, practicing sports, reading technical stuffs about high-tech gadgets and comparing them. I also spend two hours shopping around for good food. I also like cooking.
Social interaction is okay but I find it burdensome simply because you would spend your time trying to convince someone to agree with your ideas. Of course, the conflicts arise when they do not agree. I really just want to have the freedom to do whatever I want whenever.
For example, I bought a kick ass 4K TV not to watch television, but to enjoy the highest resolution for movies and videos. I immediatly connected the TV to Internet, paired it with Youtube and controled it through my phone. Then I downloaded tons of 4K movies and compared their resolution to what I had before. The LG TV can access all my files on my computers. Other people would simply hook it up to the antenna!

I had this horrible cough that lingered after the cold. It prevents me from sleeping and it hurts my throat. It was a little nasty cold in fact.

My new TV is MAGNIFICENT! Every pixel is like perfection and the sound is awesome! The details are so perfectly defined.
The LG TV reads files directly from my PC, is controled by my Iphone 6S, accepts all kind of applications, reads 4K files from external devices, etc … geez! In fact, this LG TV is a computer with a huge screen.
