The city is building a nice cycling path that goes directly to my favorite playground: ‘Étang de Cergy’. I spend around 2 hours and 30 minutes cycling each day. Good!

As predicted, the elderly men who lifted excessive weights did not last. Low-intensity cardio is best suited for older individuals… like me. I have seen two families regularly attending the gym; it is good and kind of funny.

Aphids are taking over the garden now. Last year, it was a nightmare to keep them under control. Nowadays, I simply spend 12 Euros every two weeks to treat my plants with ladybugs, and it is highly effective.

The same daily routine:
30 minutes of stair climbing
30 minutes of elliptical cycling
10 minutes of rowing
20 minutes of weight lifting
Finally 2 hours and 20 minutes of cycling around the park.
People can see that I am very consistent and very lean. I am not interested in getting big, just lean and healthy, hence a lot of cardio.
