After 5 months, I finally received an email from my private health insurance saying that they finally processed the cancelation and that they will reimburse me. It was so annoying because they kept on withdrawing money automatically from my bank account and I had to call them each month to get my money back.
I hope that they will reimburse at least 4 months: 63* 4 = 252 Euros in total.

I just watched “The Assassination of Gianni Versace” available recently on Netflix (Season 2). The timeline of the whole story was a bit confusing but it was quite interesting. I think that they started by the end and the rest of the episodes was more about the personnal story of the murderer.

I was a bit worried last week when I saw that my weight was 63.4 kgs. After the sickness, it went down to 62.1 kgs. It is the good side of being sick, I loose appetite for a while. I need to keep things in controle otherwise I’d get a rounded asian type face.

I went to get a haircut because my hair was getting too long. It took me a lot of courage to do so. Instead of being human and understanding, the stupid hairdressers offered no comfort but instead they tried to do their regular business:
1. One of them started by proposing the “color” option. I immediately said no.
2. The one cutting my hair told me with a smile after cutting it quite short that it will reveal more “white hair”.
To my despair, I had to listen to these heartless hairdressers trying to sell the “color” option to get more money.

It’s getting better after 2 days of pain. It is not as bad as the flu could be but it was a nasty cold and a nasty food poisoning. The only real remedy was rest and staying in the bed under warm blankets … and of course suffer in silence. Drinking tons of hot water + honey + lime did help a lot.
The internet was down yesterday and I could share my mobile 4g connection between my computer and my brother’s phone easily and it was really fast. Luckily my provider was still working.

I noticed how easy it was for me to gain weight if I eat 2 meals per day therefore I only eat fruits in the morning and the afternoon. When I am sick it works even better if I stop eating. The body has time to clean itself up and to recover.

It is quite painful this cold. I think that the worse is behind me but it is still hurting.

After the minor food poisoning, I got a major cold. I was really sick. I stayed home and drank tons of hot water + honey + lime.
I do not know which drug gave me a horrible taste in the nose but everytime I breath I can feel the taste in my tongue.
