Spending my Sunday afternoon at Starbucks in Châtelet-les-Halles. It is very relaxing to sit there and enjoy the crowd while working on my Surface Go. The white noise from people and the cafe machines are a must to my ears.
I also finished the installation of HOMM 7 also and I will test if I can really play it on the Surface Go as well.

I bought my Toyota Yaris in 2012 for 8307 Euros. All the repairs and maintenance costs summed up to: 3151 Euros. So the Yaris cost me 11458 Euros for 8 years. It would probably cost the same if I bought a new car instead.

I arrived in Asmterdam at midnight due to a train delay of 55 minutes. I came back very late home the next day: 01:30 am due to the french strike. It was a hard week.

Today was one of these days where I needed full control, indeed, my perfect planned day was going south due to a stupid ass. I had plenty of opportunities to be a “nasty” engineer however I did not loose control. I made one single comment in an e-mail that showed how annoyed I was: “Dear all, a Managing Director is having his “usual visio” conf call in a room I reserved 2 weeks ago and he does not want to move”. The e-mail generated an earth quake and it contained all my anger. The managing director will be asked not to do it again. I know that this stupid ass tried to hijacked my plan last week. It was a like a Goliath vs David fight and he is losing it. He managed to annoy me though.

Without the strike in Paris, I would have followed the same path I took the last 4-6 years. I have learned new paths to move around Paris thanks the strike, even simpler and faster and more realiable. It seems that hard situations time to time is not a bad thing after all to get one out of his comfort zone and try different things.
