They had eyes only for the new Xbox One S. It was nice to see them play anything they wanted and laughed cheerfully. Big day at Disneyland for them tomorrow!

I survived my first month with sucess at my new job. I had a lot of luck with new projects appearing all of a sudden. I was smart enough to take initiatives and gathered more information about them before anyone else.
My boss seems happy since he asked me to setup my traveling profile and left me free to manage. I should be visiting Krakow in Poland and Brussels sometimes in the future.
Luck is a huge part of your career and success. I could see that many people with higher profil were kind of stuck in a routine of doing the same thing everyday with no clear path to move forward.

I would have voted in a heart beat for the left howerever it is currently a huge mess: 4 lists. I voted then for the right and, hopefully, it will stop the extremes. I will wait for the left to reorganise once all these tiny teenie lists will disappear!

I could run nicely 2 times this weekend! It was not easy but it was very refreshing to resume my favourite activity. I will combine it with some cycling when the weather will be better.

I have 9 chili peppers that can produce flowers and fruits. I bought them that way and I have tons of germinated chili peppers but it is taking too long!

I was driving with my headphones on and I got a ticket (90 Euros) and I lost 3 points. I will take a training to recover 4 points (Fri 31- Sat 01). Indeed, I would have only 4 points remaining and it is a bit risky. I do not want to waste more time and money to recover my driving license.

I am sharing a huge office with 2 people and they are a bit older than I am. In fact, they relied on old working methods. I told the dude that his Webex allowed him to listen and to talk directly through its interface. Indeed, he only used Webex to look at the shared screen and talked/listened through … his phone. What a waste of ressource and time.
He tried to lie saying that he did not like the sound and he realized quickly that, not only, I knew what he did not do, I also knew the configuration steps. Indeed, I told him kindly what the required steps were to set his Webex properly.
I also received the order to move from Skype Business to Microsoft Teams. I told the 2 old fart that they should do it quickly if they do not want to get lost in the queue.

I am, at the moment, very happy with my job. I work as an “Engineer in solutions” at Fedex. I need to understand everything and I need to be able to show from the data that something went wrong. Most frenchies were impressed. I do not need to speak in English, however most native English speakers talked to me directly and I only answered by: “Really?”, “I do”! “Neither do I”! A simple “cheers, mate!” suffixed to show them that I am at their level.
