6 kms of running + 2 hours of swimming! I should be in perfect shape in no time with this straining. I had an excellent dinner and I skipped lunch but had my orange juice as usual. I bought 92 Euros of Denim underwear again . It is free so why not go for it? I also tested my Shadow PC on my Surface Go at Starbucks and I loved it, it was fast and smooth. It is like being in front of my home PC.

pErfEcT Day!

Swimming in the morning, running 6 kms in the afternoon, I felt so good at the end of the day. I slept for 9:20 hours. I also received my Shadow PC access after 4 months of waiting in the queue and it is so smooth on my Surface Go hybrid laptop. I can do everything everywhere like if I was at home as long as I am connected to a fast internet connexion. I also got some freebies at the store: Denim underwear for 83 Euros.
It was a perfect day!

I bought underwater headphones to listen to music while swimming. I always enjoyed doing nerdy stuffs even under water. The sound should travel through the bones of my skull.

Luckily, I was not too sore after the week-end heavy work and I went to the swimming pool to relax. It was very nice to recover some of the techniques and I am getting better after 5 sessions.
I also bought the flu vaccine and shot myself with it. It was a perfect shot, not a single drop of blood.

Since it was raining we switched to the cave and added tiles to the floor. It was very nice to see how it changed its look.

We moved a lot of heavy stuffs around: 2.5 tons is is a rough estimation. I made a mistake with the chemical composition on concrete so we needed to come back and but a bit more of the cheapest mix: sand/coarse stones. We put in good use the van rented by my sister and most of the heavy garbage in her garden is gone!

I am planning on helping a bit my sister with her house: renting a van, moving heavy bags of cement/sand/coarse stones/ from the stores and bringing the huge load of detritus in the the garden to the waste plant. Depending on the weather on Sunday, we shall do something else.

Some of my 4-5 years old clothes are worn out and I probably need to renew them. It is probably one of my least favorite activities. Most of my clothes are sport stuffs due to the fact that I wanted to be able to go for a run and not to have to change my clothes right away after. Most sport stuffs are not really made for that, they are way too tight and made in really thin fabrics.

Finally I dropped the weird Harry Potter hair style for a short and cleaner hairstyle. Just sad that I do not have as much hair as before :(.
