I had a bit of fever and my whole body was sore due to the osteopath session. My diarrhea was almost over and I will never take these drugs to relax muscles again. Horrible!

ShOulders Pain!

I had a lingering shoulder pain since I started swimming in 2008. It only stopped when I stopped swimming. I went to check with a doctor and I had an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). The doctor prescribed painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs that gave me diarrhea. It did decrease the pain! I went to check with an osteopath and it seems working better. I am having a second session this Monday.

I had an echography, a IRM of my left elbow, a dental and a regular doctor appointment. I want them to take care of anything wrong I might have. The dentist did not find anything with my teeth and he did not perform the regular cleaning, I had to take a second appointment with a different doctor to get it done. It was confirmed though that I had no tartar or very little.

I loved the running shoes, prettier than the pictures and the jaba earhbuds were perfect, it is priceless to be able to go to the bathroom and keep on listening to music or movies without bringing your Ipad or Iphone with you!

I am still surprised that some parts of my body was still sore from the heavy work because, with the running/swimming I should be fine, but most of the unused muscles that got sore were around the ass and the lower part of my back which were hardly used.

HeAVy dUtY!

We went to my sister’s and helped with her garden stuffs. We started Saturday and finished around 1 pm on Sunday. We should have moved around 1.5 tons of cement/sand/coarse stones.

6 kms of running and 2 hours of swimming are a bit too much. If I only do the running every 4 days, it should be better.

The running and the swimming are two kind of cardio sports that are very complementary.
From the running, I get hard muscular legs and really huge calves and, from the swimming, nice upper body muscles. Unlike the legs, my pecs, shoulders and under arm muscles are nicely shaped like rubber. They are long and stretched muscles, the legs are just hard and thick muscles.
