My weight is getting a bit too low now, I need to eat more and I am very happy that I can do that.

I had a really bad cut at one of my toe fingers. Luckily, it was superficial and it did not prevent me from doing my regular exercises. Trying hard to avoid any injuries. The last two injuries, my severe sprained ankle and forearm, took over 9 months to heal. They still lingered nowadays as a soft feeling.

Tons of cheap mangoes on sale and I spent like 10 min selecting 6 of the best and the biggest ones every time I went to the store to buy them.

Diversity is the most important element in my diet. Everything my body needs to function at optimal level is covered and my microbiotes should be happy with all the goodies they can digest.

I had a cold Saturday’s night because I slept with the fan blowing towards my bed and I had light fevers and a stiff neck on Sunday. When I went cycling I had few episodes of vertigo that were very similar to the BPPV (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) I had few years ago. It was quite impressive to loose all orientation on a bike for 1 second. Luckily for me it was just for a second and not longer.

While growing up, I kept on complaining about the fact that my stomach felt weird and that I had acid refluxes whenever I drank milk. My dad also had the same problem. We both cannot digest lactose due to our Asian heredity: no enzyme for digesting lactose. I stopped drinking milk and preferred cheese or yogurts as replacements until I saw this fermented milk. Problem solved! No more acid refluxes or any stomach problems.
While eating healthy, I just realized how the way we were raised gave us so many wrong answers to everything that was happening.
