When I woke up and got on my two scales, I was very happy to start the day with a body score of above 91 on both of my scales. I had no hangover, no injuries and a good feeling. The stress graph showed the perfect recovery after Saturday’s hangover. Back to normality and zen attitude!

3,99 eUrOs!

All this food for only 3,99 Euros… very interesting! I gave my parents all the meat stuff and the butter. I only kept the cheese, the Gnocchi, the cake and the yogurt. I gave a 5/5 grade to Auchan drive :). The total price of all these products on the shelf is 23,96 Euros, they get a 40 % discount the last day so 14.376 Euros. They really sold them for a third of their price!

Let’s try this TOOGOODTOGO app at Auchan supermarket, one of my favorite store. For 3.99 Euros, I will get a surprised package of food that might go bad. I do not feel like eating anything special the last few days. I am very healthy and I have the impression that my body is getting all the nutriments it needs. I am quite happy as well, except when I drank too much beers, my stress level is extremely low.

Friday night, I got drunk, Saturday I suffered, Sunday I recovered and Monday I am all zen! The stress level showed the full event.

I am quite happy these days and I did not feel like eating anything special. Maybe my diet is providing me with everything my body needs.

Horrible headache! I was in a very good mood and drank a bit too much Friday night. My brain is as tense as an arc string.

I received 30 e-Euros for free to bet online and I played Black Jack. I noticed the amount of virtual money I wasted: 98.5 Euros with the initial e-Euros. So far quasi stable! I kept on winning little amounts and then loosing the exact same amounts. I limited myself to 100 Euros per week, so I have to wait until next Thursday to be able to play again.

I guess it is time to eat more cheese :). My dad brought back a lot of cheese and yogurts. It was not bad to try something new, I rarely bought expensive stuffs when it comes to food.
