Lots of rain the last few days, I had to do indoor sports instead of going to the swimming pool or biking. I put up one kg back due to beers consumption. I had to finish the 6 packs of 40 beers I bought a while ago or they would just take up space.

I am buying more of the yellow Oyster grains to grow them myself. They were delicious to eat and I am happy when I harvest my own crop.

I am of obsessed with fungi and the way they grow. It is unreal how big they get in just a few days. It is so beautiful how a tiny pin became a huge mushroom.

The excellent run yesterday took its toll today and I am sore. It will get worse the next few days if I do not exercise. I have so much oxygen now every time I take a breath. It is such a nice feeling in the morning this excess of energy from a healthy and rested body.
My shrooms are growing nicely and I am loving it. The yellow Oyster mushrooms have a better taste than the grey ones.

All these years I trained for running the wrong way I guess. I barely ran these days and every time I beat my own running time. However, I trained every part of my body every day: 27 min and 28 sec (old record: 29 min and 23 sec, meaning 1 min and 55 sec faster for 5.57 kms)
