After two or three months, I usually went to get my haircut in Chinatown, Paris. I was so happy I got used to my white grey hair. It used to stir a shock when I first saw them after my haircut. My favorite barber shop and the viet sandwich store were sadly both closed due to renovation.

I have dry skin and it needs tons of moisturizers every month or so for few days until the itchy feeling is gone. It is not as dry as the photo below but it is quite annoying.

I can confirm 2 things: a cup of coffe 30 minutes before a training session helps burning fat and also improves performance. Beer yeast improves hair and nail growth and their thickness, the only side effect is more hair everywhere else :).

Do I dare getting hurt/drunk again this week? Since I gave up on alcohol, my body is no longer used to being mistreated anymore. All the stress and the heart rate came back to normal one week after the horrible hangover. I am in a very good but the memory of the pain from last Saturday served as a lesson and a reminder.
