At the exam, I finished an hour early. I turned in my answers immediately, in front of everyone, without any regret or fear. I took the train back home, went to the gym for an hour and a half. I felt so calm and free.

My weight did not vary much: 56.5 kg +/- 1 kg. I wanted it to be stable forever! It has become my normal daily diet. My weekly average sleeping score is now near 80! Yea Yea Yea!
