On Christmas Eve, I made a bad choice. I drank a little bit of alcohol, and it disturbed my recovery sleep and worsened my minor cold. I corrected that mistake yesterday, and things are looking better.

My stomach is normal; I no longer have diarrhea, stomach ache. It was simply a combination of bad eating habits and too much Chinese artificial spice bought from ‘Tang Frère’.

Basic Fit was closed, but luckily, Fitness Park was open. It cost me $15 to get a one-day pass, though.

I am glad I’ve completed my checklist as soon as I could. I have no energy left to do anything else today, as I had a bad night due to the cold.
