Some people come to the gym dressed as if they were going to the swimming pool. Meanwhile, the air-conditioning struggles to keep the temperature around 19 °C and the ventilation runs hard to control body odors—yet some people still smell.

This is my daily routine, and I’ve noticed that many people struggle to fall asleep around 8 p.m. and maintain a full eight hours of sleep.

I’m completely trapped in this fantasy saga: “Now with over 10 million copies sold, the Mistborn series combines the thrills of a heist story, the twists of political intrigue, and the epic scale of a landmark fantasy epic.”

My body is so used to its usual diet that whenever I add these “profiteroles,” they completely disrupt my sleep! I should never eat fast sugars at dinner—better to keep them for the morning.

I’m usually alone in the morning in the stretching and abs room at Basic-Fit. I enjoy that calm me-time a lot. It’s also when I get tons of good ideas, so I write them down in my iPhone notes.

While my average sleep duration is normal, much of the French population struggles with poor sleep patterns.

Sciatica episode: I tend to push myself when I start feeling better, but the injury still needs time to heal. I just need to slow down, rest, and be patient.
