I just watched “The Assassination of Gianni Versace” available recently on Netflix (Season 2). The timeline of the whole story was a bit confusing but it was quite interesting. I think that they started by the end and the rest of the episodes was more about the personnal story of the murderer.

I was a bit worried last week when I saw that my weight was 63.4 kgs. After the sickness, it went down to 62.1 kgs. It is the good side of being sick, I loose appetite for a while. I need to keep things in controle otherwise I’d get a rounded asian type face.

I noticed how easy it was for me to gain weight if I eat 2 meals per day therefore I only eat fruits in the morning and the afternoon. When I am sick it works even better if I stop eating. The body has time to clean itself up and to recover.

After the minor food poisoning, I got a major cold. I was really sick. I stayed home and drank tons of hot water + honey + lime. I do not know which drug gave me a horrible taste in the nose but everytime I breath I can feel the taste in my tongue.
