My gym approach is minimal: dynamic stretching, cardio for a balanced shape (1 hour and half), and a brief weight session to maintain muscle (30 minutes). Health matters more than weight liftings.

Life would be a dream if I could begin each day with a sleep score above 85. So far this week, I’ve reached 85 on two days.

Cool, relaxed, and effortlessly stylish at the gym!

There’s a tiny, microscopic chance I might pull off this human flag — not bad for a 49-year-old amateur with questionable life choices.

To my surprise, I’m able to do both a pistol squat and an L-sit.

After experiencing a whole week of perfect sleep, I refuse to let go of that paradise.

The graph showed I’ve consistently been eating about 2,300 kcal—the recommended amount for an adult male.
