My weight went up due to the excess of food however I managed to keep it down with 2 hours of cycling every day.

Finally I saw the mushrooms’ heads pointing out, tiny white ones and a huge brown one! I added new trees to the garden and the grass is growing nicely now.

I met my master today during my regular cycling session. A 70 years old man kicked my ass. His best running time was 35 minutes for 10 kms so no wonder! We had fun speeding and trying to see how the other would hold up.

It seems that I never had enough of these chilie trees. I must have a fetish for them.

My weight had a deep dive today. It was unexpectedly lower than I have predicted. I guess as long as I keep my diet, my weight will decrease no matter how much I eat in a single hour of the day. I eat very healthy food: lots of salmon (smoked, raw, cooked).
