I only stretched and climbed stairs with minor exercises to allow my body to recover. A lot of minor pain everywhere gave me the right alerts to stop and relax

Something new to try: a spray bandage! It is perfect for those minor yet very annoying random cuts on the fingers.

Stair climbing is probably one of the toughest and healthiest low-intensity cardio exercises. I am completely soaked after just 30 minutes of indoor stair climbing.

During the weekend, I enjoy it when the weather is cold and cloudy (but not rainy) because there are fewer people to share my playground: ‘Étang de Cergy’.

Finally, the dead skin has come off. I was a bit aggressive in removing it, so my skin is a bit sensitive. I am glad I undergo this exfoliating treatment for my feet regularly; there were many areas that needed fresh new skin.

Ultimately, it all boils down to one powerful force that drives everything: STRESS

As predicted, all is normal, as it has been for the past few years, and ChatGPT agrees.

I almost hit 100% body battery today! For the first time, I reached 99% body battery, thanks to a perfect stress level during my sleep! So that is the source of all my problems: stress control.
