Short and interrupted sleep due to stress induced by the first day of school! I wish I could stay neutral and ignore my feelings that are generating useless stress. I am trying a power nap to help a little bit.

The skin is a very good indicator of a healthy lifestyle: glowing, clean and rosy. It comes primarily with a healthy diet, physical activities and a good sleep.

I replaced the air filters in my Toyota Yaris. My throat is very sensitive to air pollution inside the car, and dirty air filters make me cough. It’s one of those chores you tend to delay until you can no longer afford to put it off.

Nice!

Three older men, likely around my age, were trying to show off at the gym by doing some heavy lifting. They might end up with serious problems with their joints or muscles. The body (and mind) prefers consistent, long-term, and low-intensity exercises. Like any machine, the body doesn’t respond well to sudden stress.
