Some kids really have it all figured out!

I got caught in the rain yesterday and came back completely soaked. Hopefully, my hiking shoes will survive this ordeal.

After 10 months of training at Basic Fit, my body has transformed. While my weight has remained steady at around 57 kg, I’ve lost fat and gained visible muscle definition, with veins becoming more prominent under my skin.

After three to four years, I meticulously addressed all the unusual pains stemming from a stressful life, including back pain, neck pain, and sensitive teeth.

Stress level is the critical parameter to monitor closely. It often takes a few days to recognize that you’ve been stressed and a few more to bring it back under control. Meanwhile, my mind feels disturbed, and I’m often unsure of the source of this stress.

The timing of the rain was perfect: it rained in the morning and there was no rain during my biking session, resulting in the park being empty and all to myself.

At last, the city has completed a full cycle path leading to my beloved playground, Etang de Cergy!
