My Garmin Fenix 7 Pro immediately detected the problem with figs: I ate too much figs, and the high fiber content in the figs disturbed my sleep—no REM sleep for several days. I thought it was due to unusual stress. I stopped eating figs, and now everything is back to normal.

I’ve been searching for a while for a short video that perfectly captures my current mindset: ‘I think we’re sort of pretty well set up for at least another year’.

I’ve noticed several older individuals, much like myself, working out at Basic Fit. Some of them appear to be in poor health, even unwell. It seems they have finally embraced a healthy lifestyle, though it’s unfortunate it took them so long to do so.

It’s time for me to give my feet a peeling treatment. This process is great as it evenly removes dead skin, leaving my feet smooth and refreshed.

I’m relieved I didn’t have to interact with people much this week. My sleep has been quite poor, but I’m finally feeling recovered. Returning to my basic dietary habits seems to have helped. My body is particularly sensitive to any disruptions in its healthy routine and demands consistency now more than ever.
