I’ll try this Basic Fit for a month and see how things go. So far, it is very nice: it’s easily accessible, close to my home, next to my favorite stores (Action and Lidl), and the huge space allows people to have their own space.

I immediately corrected the lack of sleep. Indeed, the lack of sleep triggered negative thoughts, paranoia, obsessive and illogical behaviors. Self-isolation is recommended in these situations.
