With a good diet and regular activities, it is quite easy to maintain a perfect weight. Waking up every morning is a pleasure and I do not feel any need for any special meals.

Google through Android TV is taking over my home TV and I am loving it! I still cannot beleive I am taking screen pictures straight from my TV to share the new display and the multiple contents freely accessible in a single click.

Diversity is key to a healthy microbiome, I made sure that my microbiotes stayed happy because they fixed all my weird body/mental issues: dry skin, allergies, sleeping disorders, bloating guts, heavy stomach and my health has never been better.
