My physiological indicators were excellent at the moment, low stress level (28) and low resting heartbeat (50 bpm). I was tempted to drink on Xmas day and New Years’ Eve however the fresh memory from the last hangover discouraged me from doing so. Nobody wants to get hurt for no reason.

My gum’s sensitivity was gone after few days using the interdental brushes. I guess the bacteria were hidden between my teeth under the gums.
