I am planning on helping a bit my sister with her house: renting a van, moving heavy bags of cement/sand/coarse stones/ from the stores and bringing the huge load of detritus in the the garden to the waste plant. Depending on the weather on Sunday, we shall do something else.

Finally I dropped the weird Harry Potter hair style for a short and cleaner hairstyle. Just sad that I do not have as much hair as before :(.

I managed to stabilize my weight and it started to decrease as well: 64.9 kgs (before 65.5 kgs). Few more swimming sessions and my body will be more toned.

I am sore this morning due to the swimming. It was nice to swim again even though I looked weird with my arms and my legs all black and the rest of the body white. I did notice people checking me out.

I am practicing a lot of cycling these days: 30 kms per day around the artificial lake. I got a nice tan. I also went to the swimming pool to relax. It was hard to get back to breathing normally under water, there is a specific rhythm otherwise it’s panic time.

One hour of cycling per day gave me a nice tan and a lot of physical exercise. I am feeling relaxed and in a better mood of course.
