Last week was a masterclass in minor frustrations: my projector lamp flickered its last breath, one of my blog backup sites vanished into the digital void, and the floor climbing machine at Basic Fit decided to take an indefinite vacation. To add insult to injury, there wasn’t even a spare starter kit to switch gyms. And as if that wasn’t enough, my knee started throwing mysterious aches, my back joined the chorus, and my teeth developed a sudden sensitivity to… well, everything.
