One of my SATA hard drives (6TB) seems to have failed: three days lost, a lot of unnecessary stress until I identified the problem. I’ve always known that only cloud storage is secure. It was, of course, the most frequently used hard drive among my six hard drives over the last year or so. I am attempting to recover the data on it, but at the moment, it just freezes when I try to connect it to the PC.

It is also very beneficial for the body to engage in different types of exercises. However, my mind finds comfort in doing the same thing repeatedly. I attempted to conclude my biking session with an indoor workout twist, but I needed to make a detour to the gym for more mental and physical energy!

Personally, I find intermittent fasting beneficial for two simple reasons: firstly, it allows the body to cleanse itself from the daily intake of food; secondly, it enables better control of calorie intake, such as limiting it to 2300 kcal per day.
