I am a happy teacher because I am ready for the last month. All of my ‘charming little monsters’ have received their grades, and I have no exams left to grade. Many of my colleagues do not have any grades posted yet. They will have to work hard to get everything done in the next four weeks.

I stopped taking any type of supplements as a habit; it is healthier to eat vegetables, fruits, and fish. My solution to anything nowadays is quite simple: if something does not seem healthy physically or mentally, just stop and do something else.
