Unlike regular gym-goers, I rarely focus solely on my upper body. Instead, I do floor climbing (20 min), indoor biking (35 min), and upper body exercises (only 20 min). I aim to work out my entire body. I’ve noticed that many people put a lot of effort into losing their love handles and building bigger biceps, but they often get nowhere unless they also change their diet.

The intense stress levels got me through last week’s busy schedule, however it drained all my physical and mental energy. Now that I am on vacation, I am sick and tired.

No alcohol, go to bed early, do not miss the gym. Everything should be back to normal in 3 days!

I own an old yet powerful Hitachi CP-WX625 projector. I turned it back on with one of my Fire TVs. It took me 2 days to figure out where the remote was; it was right in front of me on my desk! I should always trust myself to keep track of high-tech gadgets!
