My stomach cannot handle food with too much acid or added chemicals (like MSG – Monosodium Glutamate). Therefore, I am fine with sardines and healthy foods from the frozen section. Everything is very normal nowadays with simple, healthy food.

Allergies’ season has started! Runny nose, minor coughs, red and itchy eyes are my main symptoms. Also a very bad sleep yesterday. The rain will help and keep all the particles on the ground for a while.
