To make it even easier, I bought bio milk Kefir and use it (1/4 of 500 ml) as starter to make more Kefir since it is made of bacteria, so if you feed them with raw milk without even heating, they keep multiplying perfectly as expected. It works just fine!

If you put a number onto something, you can try to improve it. It happened to my physiological data. I am trying very hard to reach the perfect sleep/body battery statistics. Last night was almost perfect! Excellent sleep, long enough and good quality, hence the full body recovery (100 body battery) and a decent score. […]

I bought all the required elements to replace the bottom bracket (central rotary system of the bike). It is however very quiet now with the grease at the right spots so I will wait until I really need to do it.

So the noise (from the bike) did not come from the pedals nor the rotary system, it freaking originated from the junction between the pedals and the rotary system that required some greasing. A lot of time and energy wasted and an awful lot of stress (but no money). I thought my excellent deal was […]

Stress has a long lasting effects on my sleep. I did not recover immediatly the day after. The Garmin Fenix 6 Pro smartwatch can get vital information from my physiological data and gave me a good guidance from the raw analysis. It seems that the REM (Rapid Eye movement) phase of the sleeping process is […]
